Experts discuss the process of ‘going green’ at Whittier’s first

Learn how to build a green home at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Wesley Building at first United Methodist Church, 13222 Bailey St.
Alan and Norma Williamson have lived in a solar energy efficient home for 10 years and will discuss green cars and solar air conditioning and heating.
Alan Williamson’s skills as a solar professional have been featured on the PBS website documentary, “Saved by the Sun.”
This discussion will lead into a community meeting by Whittier Area Transition Initiatives for the Future.
