Christmas is coming early to Bryant Homes’ Newcastle Great Park development this weekend, as the Elmfield showhome is turned into a winter wonderland of festive fun.
Professional displays by Q Interiors and Dobbies Garden Centre will show househunters how to decorate their home for the festive season, with instructions on how to dress the table for Christmas lunch, produce a beautifully decorated Christmas tree and more.
Seasonal drinks and nibbles will be available and for those reserving a home this weekend there is an extra treat. Buyers can choose one of the presents from under Bryant’s tree and could be unwrapping an early gift to make moving easier than ever.
Packages range from pounds 500 Marks & Spencer vouchers or pounds 1,000 Bryant Design vouchers to legal fees paid or carpets included. Part exchange is also available subject to terms and conditions.
Regional sales manager, Melissa Lines, said: “Our part exchange package gives people extra flexibility just when they need it most.
“While some people love the idea of spending Christmas in a new home, others would much prefer to get Christmas over and done with and make a new start in the New Year. Either way, we allow you to move in your own time.”
A range of properties are available at Newcastle Great Park, starting from pounds 225,000. The sales office is open every day 9.30am-5pm.
